Brett Moyer’s practice primarily relates to litigation and other forms of dispute resolution relating to commercial; construction, including managing the mechanic’s and materialman’s lien process; and probate issues.  He has gained significant insight into the intricacies of fiduciary relationships, obligations and duties in his litigation practice.  Brett is a trained mediator, and in his representation of private and public entities has gained competency in managing many of the day to day legal issues which arise from representing business clients. He is experienced in trial courts and appellate courts in Texas.

Brett received his J.D. from the University of Houston in December 1999 after graduating from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in December 1996. He was licensed to practice law in Texas in May 2000. In addition to Texas trial and appellate courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.

Brett is married and is the father of two sons.  He is involved in various community and Christian-based charitable organizations and endeavors. Mr. Moyer is a member of Fellowship of Memorial.  As a fourth-generation Houstonian, he is a committed fan to Houston professional sports teams.
